Mysore Coorg Tour Package Itinerary

Day 1: Mysore

1. Once you reach Mysore, check in to freshen up before heading out for sightseeing. The first place to visit in Mysore is the Mysore Palace, also known as the Amba Vilas Palace. This magnificent palace was once the residence of the Wodeyar dynasty and is now one of the most popular tourist attractions in Mysore. The palace has beautiful architecture, intricate carvings, and stunning artwork that will leave you awestruck

2. After visiting the Mysore Palace head to Mysore Zoo (or Mysuru Zoo), officially known as Sri Chamarajendra Zoological Gardens, is a composite of zoological gardens and animal park located in the southern Indian city of Mysore, Karnataka.

3. After visiting the Zoo, head to the Chamundi Hills, which is located around 13 km from Mysore. Visit the Chamundeshwari Temple there, which is dedicated to Goddess Chamundeshwari and is a popular pilgrimage site in Mysore. If possible we will visit the largest Nandhi(Bull) Temple. The view from the top of the hills is breathtaking, and you can see the entire city of Mysore from here.

4. Optional - Based on time availability: After visiting the Chamundi Hills , head to the Brindavan Gardens, which is located around 19 km from Mysore. The gardens are spread over an area of 60 acres and are famous for their symmetrical design and musical fountains. The gardens are a popular spot for picnics and evening walks, and you can enjoy the cool breeze and the beautiful views of the gardens. If possible sound and light Show in the Evening.

Day 2: Coorg

1. The first place to visit in Coorg is the Dubare Elephant Camp, which is located around 15 km from the town of Kushalnagar. Here, you can interact with elephants, bathe them, and even take a ride on their backs. The camp also offers guided tours, where you can learn about the lives of these gentle giants.

2. After visiting the Mysore Palace head to Mysore Zoo (or Mysuru Zoo), officially known as Sri Chamarajendra Zoological Gardens, is a After visiting Dubare Elephant Camp ,head to a nearby coffee plantation for a tour. Coorg is famous for its coffee plantations, and a visit to one of these plantations will give you a glimpse into the history and cultivation of coffee in the region. You can also sample freshly brewed coffee and purchase some to take back home.

3. After visiting the coffee plantation for a tour, head to chiklihole reservoir Chiklihole Reservoir is a large body of water on one of the tributaries of the River Cauvery, located between Madikeri and Kushalnagar. It offers scenic beauty, seclusion and privacy for nature lovers
