If there are any increases in costs such as entry fees to monuments or museums, taxes, fuel costs, or guide
charges imposed by the Government of India after you’ve confirmed your booking, these additional costs will
be passed on to you.
The tour operator is not liable for any changes to the itinerary or additional expenses that arise due to
unforeseen events such as natural disasters, flight cancellations, accidents, transportation breakdowns,
adverse weather conditions, illnesses, landslides, political closures, or any other unexpected incidents.
The tour operator is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage to people or property that may occur due to a
wide range of uncontrollable events. These events include natural disasters (acts of God), fires, accidents,
transportation breakdowns, wars, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, epidemics, and various other
unforeseen circumstances.
It is your responsibility to fulfill the passport, visa and other immigration formalities applicable to your itinerary. You should confirm these with the relevant High Commissions, embassies and/or consulates. We do not accept any responsibility in the case of you being unable to travel due to not complying with any such requirements.
Subscribing to travel insurance when booking your international flight tickets and Indian visa can provide coverage for unexpected events such as trip cancellations, medical emergencies, lost luggage, and other travel-related issues. It ensures peace of mind and financial protection during your travels.
Travel insurance is a vital part of your arrangements & it is mandatory. We strongly recommend that you should take adequate travel insurance for the duration of your journey in India.
We do not have any insurance policy covering the expenses for accident, sickness, loss due to theft, or any other reasons. Clients are advised to get such insurance arrangements in their home country. All baggage, your valuables & personal properties at all times are at the client's risk.
If you cancel your booking between 120 and 60 days before the start of the tour, you will be
charged a handling fee of 10% of the total tour cost. The remaining 90% of your total tour fee will be
refunded to you.
Domestic Flight Tickets: These are booked on a non-refundable fare basis, so no refund will be provided if you cancel.
Train Tickets: These have a cancellation fee, which will not be refunded to you.
